Online Shop Orders

  • Product Returns

Because our products contain seeds, we do not accept returns. If an error has been made, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a speedy resolution. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct product. This means all aspects including size, seed, quantity, colour and any other facet which might influence the desire to order a particular product. Any item incorrectly ordered will not be accepted for return.

  • Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be returned if the customer makes a written claim to Plantacard within 7 days of delivery. Prior to returning the goods, written approval should be obtained from Plantacard.

  • Additional Charges

Plantacard reserves the right to make additional charges for ‘unusual’ orders. Such orders may include small orders below a specified value or quantity; or special production of non-stock items or wholesale orders that do not meet minimum order quantities.

  • Stock Availability

Whilst we make every attempt to ensure all products appearing on the site are current and in stock, from time-to-time there may be limited availability or end-of-line limitations to availability.

  • Outside Our Control

Plantacard will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the customer where such loss is occasioned by cause beyond Plantacard's reasonable control such as delays in transport, loss by common carriers, breakdowns in machinery, inability or failure of a supplier to supply goods, natural disasters, acts of God.

  • Payment

All orders are to be paid at time of order and prior to dispatch.

  • Freight & Handling

Freight is arranged by Plantacard on behalf of the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer on dispatch and title passes to the customer once payment has been received in full.
