Orders and Customer Registration – These processes involve you providing information so that the order can be fulfilled and we can contact you about the order if necessary. The information needed includes name, delivery address, phone number and email. Paying for an order will mean you also need to provide financial information (eg via PayPal). This can also be performed offline (by posting a cheque), or via your bank (by EFT/direct deposit).

Online payment with your credit card details is performed securely via Paypal or Shopify payment systems. None of your credit card details are stored by Plantacard once the Paypal transaction is complete.
