How To Grow Your Plantacard

You don't have to be a green thumb, Plantacards are easy to grow!

Growing Plantacards are much the same as growing a packet of seeds bought in a shop. It requires the right weather and soil conditions, patience and care! In addition to the information provided on our website, we recommend doing your own research to find out what the best planting conditions are for your climate and the seeds that are infused in your Plantacard. The secret is to keep the paper moist until after the seeds have germinated. If the paper dries out and hardens, the shoots of the newly germinated seeds will not be able to push through. Therefore keeping the paper soft will give you the best chance of turning your card into beautiful blooms. Here's everything you need to know to get the best results.
For best germination results, we recommend planting your Plantacard within 2 years. It will still grow beyond that, but the germination rates will decline after that period. Store in a cool, dry place, to preserve the germination rates as long as possible.
The best time to plant outdoors is printed on the back of your Plantacard and is specific to the seed that is embedded within the paper. For indoors, it can be planted in a pot all year round by placing near a window that gets full to partial sunlight.
Plant your Plantacard according to the instructions and you should see sprouts within 7-21 days! The plants will grow and mature at different rates depending on the surrounding conditions but typically you will see it bloom into a sturdy plant within 8-12 weeks.
